Coach got angry because it means so much to him. Coach left him on court because he believes in the kid. The kid got upset because this opportunity means so much to him and he doesn't want to disappoint. The pressure of high level sport is fun but it'll make you feel all the emotions! Gotta love it!
"Wembanyama is a better human being than basketball player" - De'Aaron Fox
Coach yells because he cares, props to Wemby as well. Great team chemistry I’m seeing, whatever happens this series I see great things for this Spurs team.
Imagine being a 19y old rookie on a contender in the WCF, playing alongside Harper.. That kind of pressure is unreal. I’m proud of CB! Keep it up!
w wemby cheering up my goat
If a coach yells at you and he still puts you on the floor which means he cares and trust you, but if a coach puts you on the bench and did not speak to you that's where you need to be worried.
This kid has heart. He wouldn’t get emotional if he didn’t care. Future of the NBA right here he’s gonna be a beast in the coming years
it's ok rook, we love u mini Kawhi u inna be a dawg
I know its frustrating for Bryant , keep going Carter
Wemby is continuing to impress me with his leadership.
Coach Mitch learned from the best. That butt slap said it all. I'll always remember when Tony Parker admitted that Pop never hesitated to yell at Tim Duncan when he felt he needed it. Tough love. Bryant will come out of this stronger.
I almost cried with him. 😢Man! This team is inspiring. The league is in good hands
This is why Dylan Harper is really amazing since he is already balling even as a rookie. What Carter Bryant is experiencing is what a rookie usually experiences in their very first year especially during playoffs. So no shame nor shade on Bryant on this. He plays with heart and the nerves will eventually disappear and by next year, we'll see another attack dog
Wemby is such a great player, not just amazing performance on court but also good support for his teammate. also I gain extra respect to the coach for keeping his rookie accountable
Crying doesn’t show hes a baby. It shows real passion. Keep your head up Bryant💪
He finna cry in thumbnail
I just love everything about this team. It feels like it's the first team in a long time that wants to play the right way and is not infected by external influences, money, etc.
Atleast wemby was there to comfort him its ok we all need a wemby🥺
That's a big bro when u need one
Aww...I can't bear to see our sunshine golden retriever tearing. Props to Wemby for having the heart and leadership to go up to his teammates and cheering them up.
