And somehow they werent the worst strategists that race
I donβt want anyone whinging about Ferrari strategy again after what McLaren did today
mclaren: so this is how ferrari fans feel every year
"we were not sure" lets add that on the words of wisdom OMG FERRARI
Antonelli to Russell: You can't park there
Pitting woulda been a bad decision bc it was too early woulda ended up in traffic and there was another VSC
At least he finished on P2 β€ beside Ferrari
"Virtual safety car..... deploy-DE"
the way he said "virtual safety car" sounded like he just woke up from a good arse nap
George throwing his headrest out while Hamilton passes and not putting it back in the car after must be giving him a fine and penalty points, right? Or FIA keeping his eyes closed for the GPDA director?
Hats off to Lewisπ getting tht p2 despite complaining about less power.. Keeping max behind till the end..
Also, wasnβt Leclerc behind Hamilton as well? So they made a mistake with Hamilton and Leclerc. Leclerc lost a position to Hadjar when he pitted due to double stacking. I canβt anymoreβ¦.
I just noticed that Lewis race engineer sounds like Andrea Stellaπ
Ferrari needs Mikel Arteta as their new team boss.
Glad to see both Redbull andFerrari back in form
Couldn't nitpicking at this small mistake of Ferrari strategy after Mclaren did it more horrendousπ.
To be fair they can only gain time in the pitstop on others IF the VSC is actually deployed. As it wasn't on pit entry this isn't a case of a bad call, actually doing it the next lap was a better idea.
It didn't end up costing him much. VSC was long, he maintained P3 and later overtook Verstappen for P2. The Ferrari is so far off the pace of Mercedes anyway, so this is literally the best result he could have hoped for.
And yet still, he finished P2 with his Rival (P3)
Stopping was definitly worse. Tou got p2. You would never get p1...
