🪂 "SAS: Rogue Heroes" - The Birth of the SAS: Steal, Sabotage, and a £100 Bet 🔥💰 A general enters the room. No one salutes. The man in charge explains why. "You don't salute when a general enters a room. In my detachment, there will be a respectful disregard for form and ritual." The general is confused. "How the bloody hell did you get in here?" The response is calm, confident, and utterly mad. "I'm not asking for anything other than permission and 60 men." The general scoffs. "We have no vehicles, equipment, or weapons to spare for some wild experiment." The man smiles. "We would steal everything we need, sir." The general is stunned. "Steal from where?" The man's voice is steady. "We would steal weapons and equipment from the Allied troops. We would set up our base behind enemy lines. We would report to no one and require nothing." Then he makes a bet. "And as a gentleman, I will wager with you both: £100 that within six months, we will destroy more enemy airplanes on the ground than the RAF will destroy in the air." The general stares. "So a mysterious new parachute regiment appears from nowhere, operating out of East Libya. Stirling, do you have a name for your outfit?" Stirling pauses. "No, I don't." Another man speaks up. "Oddly enough, we do. The SAS." This is the moment the world's most legendary special forces unit was born—out of theft, insanity, and a ridiculous bet. ⚡ UNFORGETTABLE MOMENTS: The no salute: "A respectful disregard for form and ritual." 🚫 The request: "Permission and 60 men." 🗣️ The steal: "We would steal everything we need." 🦹 The base: "Behind enemy lines.
