For souvlaki, I usually go to Kalamaki Bar at Drakou Street in Koukaki. They have quite a high ranking on Trip Advisor (74 out of 2889).

Nice video Malina, greeting from Australia i came across your video whilst researching for a trip I am planning in September and October, you may have guessed by my name I am Greek born my parents left Greece for Australia in 1962 with me tagging along as a 6 year old, I havenโt been back since we left so this will be my first trip back, ( i may have to kiss the ground when we land like the pope) I am so looking forward to try Bougatsa and Greek salad, and yes we have plenty of Greek places in Melbourne that are Greek, ( every Greek in Melbourne always reminds you that Melbourne is the third largest Greek city in the world) lol from what I have seen thus far almost everyone always says everything tastes better in Greece. Those orange trees are beautiful. One day by Syntagma square one dropped off the tree in front of me, I peeled it to give it a taste and it was very bitter ! ๐. Definitely not used for juice!

sorry to say but you tried everything that we dont try in Athens,all these are food for tourist and for visitors.Nothing to do with the real food in Athens,next time you must visit places out from the tourist area and taste much more better food
