OMG, we were passing through Sikeston and decided to stop for the night. Hotel desk clerk recommended Lambert's. Great meal. On another trip, we stopped and decided to get a carryout since we were so tired and the wait was long. When our order was ready, the lady came out and handed me two paper grocery-size bags. In each bag was the entree, 2 sides, rolls AND all of the pass arounds! All packaged separately. So much food! It's truly an eater's paradise!

I’m from Huntsville, AL in the northern part of the state and I need to visit Foley just to go to that restaurant. It looks like a lot of fun and good southern food. In Alabama, for the most part, we don’t like the sweet cornbread! My grandmother used to put cracking (fried pork fat) in her cornbread and it was so good with turnip greens and pinto beans!
