The Arabian oryx is a beautiful, almost luminously white antelope. But, after being over-hunted by humans in the 20th century, it only narrowly escaped extinction. Today, on the desert island of Sir Bani Yas, the endangered animals find refuge. Part of an archipelago west of Abu Dhabi, Sir Bani Yas is home to a large wildlife reserve, where animals from Arabia, Asia and Africa roam freely. You can watch cheetahs hunting, and imagine how the Bedouins once lived, under open desert skies. Established in the 1970s, extensive ecological measures turned Sir Bani Yas into a man-made "paradise for wild animals." Now, the reserve stands for the region’s desire for a sustainable future. It’s also a great place to see the magnificent Arabian oryx running free, once more. #documentary #AbuDhabi #endangeredspecies #naturedocumentary #nature ـــــ DW Documentary gives you knowledge beyond the headlines. Good speech yours it's was working hard Best of luck bro salmu lekmu All the best for you and your family Sir
Abu Dhabi, good job protecting animals. More countries need to do these kinds of things. God will smile on you for protecting what he created.
Abu Dhabi and the UAE are lovely, wonderful places. It's a good documentary. One serious problem though: Classical Folk Music from Azerbaijan and Turkey is being used as the background music/soundtrack. It must be that all Middle Eastern music sounds the same for DW documentary makers, and they cannot distinguish them, right? How would Germans feel if a documentary about Germany had French Chansons, or for that matter, Irish music as the soundtrack?
Informative content but it was more about UAE development and infrastructure than Arab Oryx
Respect from Pakistan to UAE and Germany

Really enjoy how the creators of this documentary did not "get in the way" of the content, this was such an enjoyable watch, the people of the UAE are blessed with some incredibly selfless leaders who really care about their country and the blessings being passed onto the next generation
Good work. Keep it up. All the best.
Team, This is another excellent piece. By the way, what's the music title :06, is it a cut out from another music?😁 Thank you.
