Real wealth is not buying the thing. It is having the discipline to own it without needing it to prove who you are. Status needs attention. Freedom does not.

I hate his guts so much, im all about being frugal.. Hell I learnt it from him years ago !! But he has made tens of millions, has 50+ million net worth, has so many safe investments he could never run out... WHY WOULD HE NOT DRIVE HIS DREAM CAR.... if the value is going up, he wont lose money on it anyway even if he hits 10k miles.. its just ridiculous how cheap this guy is, he will die with millions and no experiences...
The "value" if a car only matters if you plan on selling it. If you're gonna hold it forever then it will never matter beyond insurance rates. I also would not want to crash it, but I would have to take the risk to actually enjoy the car. If you just want to look at the car, take a picture and sell it to someone who will actually use it

These guy’s decisions revolve around anything he has not losing value. He doesn’t enjoy it. He is worth millions but lives like someone living on a 100k salary. So what is the point? It’s like the person that has an 820 credit score but doesn’t want to ever use it because his score will go down. Worst is. .you can tell that his way of thinking has taken a toll on him.

Drive that car. You’ll be on your deathbed one day regretting not enjoying things more in life. You aren’t taking your money with you to the afterlife. You might as well enjoy it.
