I put a piece of charcoal in my food once a time I believe it neutral certain chemical that is why, I don't use often because I think it constipation on one hand.

I know about that 50 years ago, my grandfather go world 1914 war is grandparents from Africa he draw coffee from over night daily, and he put a piece of red hot charcoal in the coffee let it remain overnight and drink it, and he live over 90 years of age.
