Training doesn't affect the outcome; it only improves the player's performance. Also, giving skill points to the player enhances their stats and allows them to play at multiple positions. And one more thing from roles, assign skill moves to the lineup, which makes your player do skills like rainbow, elastico, roulette, etc. by moving the sprint button up and down.
A LITTELE TIP FROM A FELLOW FAN AND A FELLOW PLAYER BUDDY YOU NEED TO USE THE SKILL POINTS OF THE PLAYERS AS WELL AS TRAIN THEM SO YOU COULD HAVE BETTER PERFORMING PLAYERS WITH GREATER STATS COMPARED TO THEIR LIKE BASE BUT UPGRADED VERSION all this in capital font BTW Over all you're a good player you just need some more time with the game love your content ❤❤

There are 3 ways to upgrade a player in fc mobile: ranking up which you already know how to do, training you’ve learnt this video and skill points . Skill points is going and clicking the player the player pops up on the side of screen like it did on 16:12 then you click on details then click on the player and click skill points then choose shooting or poacher or whatever skill points there are

SV2, you've got the skill points from ranking up your players, but you still actually have to use them. Click on a player --> Details --> Skill points (blue button below the player's image). This will upgrade the players stats and give them alternate positions to play in. This Saturday we will have 120 RB Zanetti in the box. Next Saturday, I think you will be able to select a 120 box player, so you are able to choose 120 CB Blanc that you missed or you could get someone else like 120 CM Toure, 120 RW Cha Bum Kun. UTOTS is coming next Thursday so you can exchange your current TOTS players you have in your squad and upgrade them to UTOTS. Or, you can just pack these UTOTS players in the drafts.
