First talk about the business model and innovation of Indian IT services companies. They are mere body shops with no innovation. They are not getting new projects because the cost to code is going to zero, and the time it takes to code is reducing. There are structural problems with this model, and, like it or not, this model will not work in 2030.
Labours and construction worker didn’t had the platform to talk about there family when they got replaced by huge machines etc , we accepted that as they are illererate they deserve this but the moment a machine is making IT professional redudant , the world world is cracking and people have only bad things to say whereas when low earning people got replaced by machines and tech no one bat an eye for their problems hypocrisy
Does the govt see this?
Everything is fine. Hosts should speak less. Alot less. Let the guest speak, let them keep their points. It's very disturbing when the host is continuously cutting her off and speaking pointlessly. The video should be more informative and to the point. Because what you are trying to deliver is very sensitive, the audiences are IT, ITES employees who needs points to hit on their mind directly.
Face it. Indian IT sector is just like a labour contractor for a construction company providing cleaners, loaders, etc. In the real sense there are only 5 or 6 real IT companies in India who genuinely work on products.
Service based companies hired a many resources at an inflated ctc during covid and now that their margin are shrinking they are looking for an excuse to remove people and show higher profit. Higher managers are so asking to implement and apply AI but where and how, we work in a client environment and they them are not ai ready. There is lot to do before starting AI , they are more concerned about their data and ai ethics.
IT worker lol as if it's labour's job.
