PiPs are there to kick you out the door and make it hard for you to fight it. They are not about improvements, they are often deliberately unachievable so the company can evidence you are not up to the standard. You are better off walking out and going for constructive.

I was put on a pip plan a few years ago and eventually let go... i thought it was a plan for improvement, but I was naive 😂
