The people who win in the AI era will be the ones who stop pretending change isn’t happening and pull their heads out of the sand…now…Learn AI, use it daily, test it in your work, and lean into it before everyone else wakes up in panic mode. The crowd always moves late, after the jobs shift, the promotions vanish, and the easy opportunities are gone. Get ahead now, build real skill while others stay comfortable, and you won’t be fighting the masses for what’s left, you’ll be leading the future they were too slow to see.
The jobs that arent replaceable yet are the lower ant jobs. Its non technical and the salary of the labor over 10 years doesnt buy 1 robot. The educated jobs are the first to go. Gurus and life coaches arent exempt considering they only offer advice. I have 10 ai's that can give me advice as a counsel.
AI will automate some jobs but still there will be people who will maintain AI because its a tool that needs to be supervised and maintained especially in dynamic environments, R&D, plus its not a deterministic system in comparison with other other tools and machines. The job requirements will change and people will adapt. I don’t see any CEO running and taking the full responsibility and tasks to maintain these AI agents by themselves.
