Thanks for this look unto the life of a Cybersecurity guy! Great video! I have worked in sandbox for API testing but didn't know there was a sandbox for this type of thing. Simce the victim entered their login details, wouldn't a best practice be to also reset their password as part of the remediation?

Only comment I would make, is that the user account that was possibly compromised should have a new password assigned to it by the security team first. Stops the chance of a connection from the point of the incident report. and does not matter if the original point of compromise has a key logger as it would never have touched that system. Edit: or lock the account until the threat is resolved.
