I can see it, ball and gun gamers never change from my experience. And this coming from somebody with cousins who are exclusively ball and gun gamers.

Steam is displaying only concurrent player count, and not an overall weekly player count. So this number just shows how many people opened up the launcher for the game, whatever they did, how fast the closed it and how much time they spent on the game is still up for questioning, but it is a good step for transparency of the platform.

So none of the games listed will ever be a PlayStation exclusive.

Steam Chart tracks active players, not weekly individual users. Apples to oranges.
