There are so many examples over the decades of people doing exactly what Russell did at T1. Hamilton did it to Rosberg back in the day, it's a very common incident here and historically, it's not something that has been punished.

George is fully committed to the corner before Kimi comes along side. There is nothing he can do. He hasn't got a crystal ball. If George had turned left he would have spun. Racing incident.
