This makes sense why Arteta didn't watch the Bournemouth City game with the team but stayed at home.
That intensity is a double edged sword. Great lesson for everyone to consider. Kudos to Arteta for this humility.
Eze is a champion❤🎉 *not to mention the assist vs city that saved us a point amd 2 off them.
Eze is so cool - it was critical to get someone in with that chilled attitude - he probably calmed the nerves all around the dressing room loads of times too
arteta is still a young coach. For him to be able to listen to his players is a sign of maturity and humility that every great coach has
saw this on twitter yea it was surprising big ups eze 😮
To his boyhood club eze is truly a gunner ❤ he needs a statue
Good on Ebbz to speak up for himself and the team, better in Arteta to listen, that’s the hallmark of a great leader. WE ARE THE CHAMPIONS ❤
Bournemouth, the great leveller 😂 Eze, a charismatic leader. So happy we have him on our team. and hopefully Mikel keeps unlocking more of our players like he's doing with Eze and MLS
I think arteta was at wits end witnessing another title potentially slipping away, sometimes in stressful moments it's so easy to get stuck in your own head and rely on what you know without seeing the bigger picture, in a way eze told arteta to step back and show him the picture, that's team effort ❤
Now we know who has been causing Arsenal injuries. Makes a lot of sense
You are filling in the story as regards hiw much Arteta 'needed' to be told. The fact that a player felt comfortable enough to do that speaks to the actual environment.
I love Eze even more now ❤🤍❤️🤍❤️🤍😎
I love the fact that Arteta shows his humanity by always listening to the people around him. I feel like at times he’s more of a motivator than a tactician but when you consider the quality we have in this club at times all he needs to do is instill confidence in the players
Things I picked from this video; 1, That's the Captain job to tell the boss to lay off. Big ups to Eze. 2, Arteta listens contrary to reports that he is a dictator. 3, Arteta is willing to learn and adapt. This will go a long way in taking pressure off of the team.
Its common sense! I have told everyone! Arteta made the same exact mistakes he made in different seasons this season. We were just lucky that we got Berta in to buy depth for the squad and we are so lucky Berta got his signing in Gyokeres (21 goals in all comps) over the signing that Arteta wanted (Sesko). We would have come second again if not for Berta, Gyokeres and Eze. Just imagine the move Arteta made to put Rice at right back in the Westham game. The man just loses his brain when there is pressure. The gods conspired to make sure we won this season. Arteta is a very good manager but he has to learn from his mistakes. Too rigid..and stubborn. We would have had a chance to win the FA Cup if he played Raya instead of Kepa but he wanted to prove I can get it right by being wrong.. He has a gift and can be better than Pep, Mourinho, Fergusson etc but he annoys me when he repeatedly does the same things that don't work just to seem right when you are clearly wrong
I put my hat down Arteta is the man,I'm sorry mikel I was nervous all season but thank w0lkz for the believe
Chessmaster indeed
If I could give arteta an advice it would be.. stop running near the touch line all the time you’re putting more pressure on everyone like that
