You've reached the end
HUGE win - i'm also in recovery and I almost cried when I realized I said "yes" to unexpected plans with a coworker that involved public transit and a new location. Thanks for posting- it gives me hope!
I just finished my day 1, after almost 6 years of unemployment. It was terrifying but i got through it
Shoe and pant combo is too cute!!!
thats amazing progress!!!! congratulations!!! my win for this week is working two days in office without doing my mint compulsion (i have ocd and my main compulsion is eating altoids lol)
My best friend with agoraphobic tendencies has begun searching for jobs and i really wish this level of healing on them, and i wish you very well on your journey with the medication!
You look so pretty in front of the pink wall! Congrats on 3 months ❤
i’ve been keeping tabs on your posts and i’m so proud of all of your accomplishments so far, even and especially when it gets hard!!! rooting for you from NC 🫶🫶
Woo hoo! Congrats! Lexapro really has helped me a lot overall but one time I had an issue getting my prescription filled and the withdrawal symptoms were bad bad bad lol
Heck yea! That's a huge win! Way to go!
Your smashing it
So so proud of all this huge progress! you’re super strong!!
❤🎉❤
Big win!
I’m on lexapro. The first month was pretty rough because the anxiety got worse before it got better. But just like your dr said, about 5 weeks tops and I felt better. Been on it about 15 years now and it’s been a game changer. ❤I hope you have success with it once it levels out for you.
Yay for field trips, glad to hear that you pushed yourself and went on a drive with your coworker. Way to keep on keeping on even when you’re feeling a little shaky, that’s a yucky feeling.
Yay! I just recently followed you. Life is hard. My mom passed in 2020 and I’ve 100% hid away since then. I go to work and come home to my safe place, I’m stuck in a routine. I’m rooting for you though ✨ little steps
Hello fellow Angeleno! Yes, first two weeks on Lexapro involved some side effects for me too and I had increased anxiety when I bumped up from 5mg to 10mg after two weeks. Knowing side effects helps me too. Hopefully we both get to the other side of the side effects soon!
alani nu also has 200mg caffeine. red bull has sugar free flavors that are way less caffeine (80mg) if you still want a fun drink but less anxiety inducing caffeine drink during work💖
You're doing amazing!! Keep going!
Huge win girly. Lexapro does take 5-6 weeks to take effect, but it was really good for me when I needed it.
