Mid 30s isn’t too young for perimenopause symptoms to start…especially for those of us that started puberty young. It’s actually common to see symptoms 10-15 years before menopause, so counting backward we can see how that makes sense. You sound like you’re doing all the right things tho! An inspiration ❤
