Benny is emotionally intelligent and that is so big in a relationship where one person is dealing with so much mentally and you can tell he truly cares for Alondra and wants only the best for her and I just have to applaud him 👏🏽👏🏽❤ thank you for also being so open Alondra as someone who battles with mental illness thanks for being so relatable sending nothing but blessings to you all ❤

As a teacher, we are always trying to explain how crucial it is for some kids to be treated but there sooooooo many parents against medication. So we just have to sit there and literally watch kids struggle in so many ways!

Adhd + persistent depression is the exact diagnosis I have as well!After the diagnosis I mourned younger me. statistics show women get diagnosed waaaay later in life. I see you, I hear you! It helps knowing your not alone🥺❤️

Alo did you have a verbally abusive parent ? My mom was a super narcissistic woman and the way she acted towards me my entire life has made me depressed feel like I can’t relate to anyone, depressed, anxious. I don’t know what I have but I always feel like the odd one out. I don’t feel human. I only feel comfortable around people who are closest to me like my siblings.
