After the head lift and major engine failure, we pulled the motor from the yellow Spec R S15 and sent it off to Mazworks for a full professional rebuild. Once it came back, we installed the refreshed SR20VVL, broke it in, and finally got to dyno tune the car on our newly upgraded Mainline dyno. This yellow S15 build has been a wild rollercoaster, but we’re still grinding through it.
