I've noticed many people don't know that Chovy and Kiin are the two main callers at GenG. These two do so much in a GenG game; handling individual skill and making calls for the team isn't easy, especially since they excel at both simultaneously (usually players prioritize one of these two aspects). GenG is famous for its macro play, largely thanks to Chovy and Kiin. It's sad that they weren't selected for the Asiad team 😢😢

Important to note that winning isnt enough for geng and t1, they want as many 2-0s as possible to get ahead of each other, who are currently tied with geng having the edge as they're 3-2 vs t1. Also worth noting geng has to play hanwha, t1 has to play kt, and most importantly, both of them have to survive the BROs

GenG looked quite shakey all split (for their standards) but the last several series I've seen them starting to rev up. If that return to form continues to scale, they will be in scary form by the time we hit MSI.
