Does this mean the final shape review won’t be coming out then
At least this week you didn't publish the video before the D2 bomb dropped.
It pisses me of to my core that across the entire video game industry the corporate dimwits and management that makes the shitty decisions never face any consequences, instead they get another bonus while the workers get shafted with layoffs and crunch.
I feel like Skill Up didn't even have to look at the news for D2 but instead just felt a great disturbance
It’s only 7am but I’m pouring one out for Ralph and D2
RIP Destiny. It’s been a wild ride. Sad to go out like this with layoffs on the way
How the hell were new people supposed to get into Destiny 2 when the base game and first three expansions were straight up gone? As good as Shadowbringers was in FFXIV it would be a poor place to start.
Surprised that Bungie didnt wait for you to hit "publish" to announce D2's death

Honestly i can't see bungie staying around much longer.
Back when Respawn gave up on the Titanfall franchise, at least Apex's numbers and popularity was so high, most of us could understand it even if it sucked. Same with Rockstar and GTA DLC, how Online was too popular not to focus on. With Destiny, it's just pure madness to abandon this franchise for a game with less players than an already dead Destiny 2.
Cant wait for the final "Skeletor Hates Destiny" vid.
Tbh destiny stood alive longer than it had the right to with it's pricing, content strategy and all the constant controversy
Destiny 2 death is so aggravating. It's like, every wrong decision bungie could've made they made. They thought they were invincible because they kept going, but even they eventually would lose momentum. And to see marathon also hanging by a thread, and for Bungie to double down on that vs. what has been working? Mind boggling. With reports of massive layoffs in a month, this isn't just rip destiny, this is probably rip bungie. It's been a nice run. Hopefully the car collection was worth it
Warhorse been going crazy
Despite everything, Destiny will always hold a special place in my heart. Made a lot of good memories and friends through Destiny.
Sony ditching PC releases might be tied to Xbox's Project Helix, which rumours say will play PC games as well as Xbox games. That would give them access to those PC ports of Sony's catalogue, which might be something Sony just didn't want
I'd be willing to bet good money that D2 would be in a far better spot had they never vaulted content.
The Destiny Killer was Bungie all along. Destiny died so Marathon could also die.
This is Skillup’s 9/11
