The bottom of the board being blue with chipped wood made me think it was a geographical map design, the kind you'd see on a globe

We always had those in the 80s, also protected the beautiful art on the board.

As an old head skate rat from the 80’s I have to say it’s pretty wild seeing rails come back en vogue. I liked them and also used truck guards.

Bro, I always thought the rails were to keep the graphic of your deck from getting super scratched up. I had no idea they were for stability. But that does make more sense now that I think about it.
