It's a process called rebeading. When the bead of a tire falls off the wheel it has to be reset, otherwise the tire can't be re inflated. A common method is using fire and some type of alcohol or brake cleaner, if you don't have an air line readily available

If you don't have an air compressor it will cool and contract sucking the bead right off again. If you do this have the air compressor ready because everything happens fast so you have to be fast as well.

This is reel it just isn’t for inflating the tire it will be inflated for a couple of minutes but it will deflate it is for setting the bead on a tire not for inflating it
