That's not a rally, that's a lottery.
So WRC is now basically over, with so many stars leaving, others not running full seasons, Red Bull TV not covering anymore. Sad.
Well most of people think WRC are doomed with its star leaving, i personally think that Rallying and WRC will never ran out of banger talent and battles along each new season and new rally along the way. We just need a proper format for TV coverage, and consistent top class manufacturer to accomodate these talent to have proper stage to fight.

Elfyn is so unlucky. Isn't that 5 of the last 6 where he's been second now. All credit to Ogier though, winning a 9th championship while missing two rallys is beyond impressive.
Hard luck Elfyn. Really disappointed in that result. As for this rally. Please do not bring this back as a finale again. This is an injustice to the drivers
I don´t know what´s the bigger blow to WRC. Two of the most colourful personalities of the sport leaving or a part-timer winning the championship?
Ogier the best even as part-timer. He’s in a league of his own, with few others in rally history. Even the last tricky brake point showed the difference of approach: one driving like playstation and one driving with sense and skill. Ogier makes the difference (like MM in motorbikes or Verstappen in F1) while others go as fast as car goes.
Good for Ogier and all, especially as a part timer, but they need to fix the points system. They messed it up after 2023

This rally was such a mess in so many ways. Gutted for Sesks as he had such a good pace and almost made it. Same for Evans he has now lost the title to Seb in the last rally twice. But congratz to Ogier for taking. Hopefully this rally is not always like this or we are going to have a long ten years ...

Elfyn Evans puntuo en todas las fechas, no tuvo abandonos y aún así, inexplicablemente, no logro ser campeón, Ogier corriendo a tiempo parcial y además con un abandono se consagra otra vez🤷🤷; que cosas tan extrañas en verdad. Este rally parece más un Rallly-Raid o un "mini-dakar" que una prueba del WRC, deberían cambiarlo o de plano eliminarlo, por que no puede seguir siendo una prueba del final de temporada para nada, (como se extrañan aquellos años con cierres en Gales😢😢😢). Seamos ahora positivos respecto al futuro, leyendas se marchan (Gracias Ott y Rovanpera), pero nuevas bestias llegarán, Sesks y Oliver Solberg ya demostraron que tienen todo para lograr cosas importantes, solo faltará que los acompañe esa pizca de suerte que Evans no tuvo. Veamos cómo se desarrollara la temporada 2026 con ese calendario "rarito" que hicieron y lo que depara la nueva era a partir del 2027. Saludos🏁🏁🏁🏁👍👍.
