More reason why I've been thinking of getting an haircut next year....So my hair can breathee and restt(not like I've been doing all this tight hairstyles though, I no be baddie 😅) Even now that I'm still plaiting hair,my routine is always making a natural hairstyle after loosing out the one with extension (mi o le wa ku😎)

Yes we should do more styles with natural hair to protect our scalps. Im a braider but i do hair loose and neat because i care about afro hair. Afro hair is fragile like eggs and delicate like diamonds you must be gentle with it or it will break It is our natural crown. Respect your hair.

I had never considered it until now. A classmate of mine, many years ago lost all her hair after one vacation when her parents had decided to let her get braids. Apparently, the hair started to fall out when it was being undone till she was eventually bald. I’ve known her for 30 years now and she’s never had hair
