The battery issue - absolutely! I have a colleague who lost their home due to the same issue. I posted about this on ur channel when u did the garage makeover & put them in the cupboard on charge. Have your landscape guy cut your bushes/plants back so they're a couple of inches away from the railings and then keep them trimmed back. That will keep the wet foliage off the wood and increase air flow and allow more sunlight so they can dry out more thoroughly after rain or sprinklers.

I never leave my lithium batteries on charger. I bought a special container on Amazon to store the batteries. It is fire proof and explosion proof. There is a slot for the cord so you can charge the battery in the bag.
My mother always changed the position of the furniture in the living room seasonally!

I love the roses in the silver bowl. So pretty. I prefer the chest as a coffee table over the round nesting tables. I think they work beautifully as side tables.
