I worked at a grocery store, with a guy just like “Produce”. Such a sweet dude. Hugs every day. He broke his leg, and his mum brought him in so we could sign his cast.
If a manager talked to me that way about one of his employees I wouldn'tt be very nice.

As a Bus Monitor. I work with Special Children. I can honestly say that they are loving, and highly intelligent. You just have to see past the "disability" and support the person. I have had many "jobs" in my lifetime, but, this one has been the most rewarding.

My 1st friend ever was a kid with Downs & he always gave me a big hug & a kiss on the cheek when he saw me. I'm 70 now & have never forgotten him & think of him often.
He deserves employee of the month! The friendliness,the memory of all those numbers ( which is amazing). The respect he gives customers by knowing their names. That’s hard work much more than the other guy who is stealing. He deserves to be fired.
