I purchased a Hisense TV after watching reviews from many Malayalam Youtubers including you. The panel got damaged immediately after the warranty period ended. After making thousands of calls and registering multiple complaints, I finally received a callback from their third-party service provider. They quoted a huge amount for the repair, almost equal to the price of the TV itself. Very poor product quality and the worst customer support experience. I would not recommend buying their products.
