There is NO excuse for doing something like this. The “person” who had her swatted deserves to get swatted when they find him/her and promptly arrested.
I watched Kootra get swatted live over a decade ago, and even after compiling evidence and handing it over to the FBI who came to my doorstep (months later), the perpetrators went unpunished. I wouldn't hold my breath on this one, sadly.
