1:17:30 Btw to explain why Williams died here to the rest of yall. It's because Joe chose in Episode 2 to doubt Anders, so Stafford decided to keep an eye on her preventing Anders from using the sedative on Williams and the Monster ended up killing Williams because of it. Had Joe chose to trust Anders as Stafford, Anders would've been able to use the sedative on Williams, and Williams would've survived the encounter due to being knocked out and you would see him sleeping at a desk somewhere else later on in the story. Hopefully that helps

1:18:20 he died because in chapter 1 or 2, when Mitchell asks Stafford “what do you think of Anders” someone selected the choice that he was unsure of her, basically making Stafford not trusting her. because of that choice he now spies on her and saw that she was going somewhere else than where she was supposed to be reporting to, which leads to him going to check on her. This prevented her from drugging the coffee that she would’ve originally given to Lemarcus. EDIT: 1:29:00 OMG THAT WAS ONE OF COLLECTABLE FIGURINES ON TOP OF THE PLANET 😭
