if Tuchel thinks Dan Burn is better than Maguire he's lost his mind. If Maguire wasn't going to start (since it will be Guehi and Konsa) I can't think of another player that offers his last minute goalscoring threat, which is crucial as a backup defender- what will others offer when we're 1-0 down and NEED a set piece to bring us to extra time? He's had such a solid second half to the season and finished 3rd under a manager playing a back 4....baffling why you wouldn't even want him on the bench at least!
Even as a Chelsea fan, I'm surprised Maguire wouldn't even be 5th choice.
