Literally me when I went over for a sleepover at my friend's place 😔✌

They’ll be screaming and begging mom to hang out then two hours later they look at you like you held them hostage here 😹

As a former kid who used to do the exact same thing with his cousin's house... The difference between something I WANTED to do and something that I WOULD ACTUALLY LIKE doing was boundless. I wanted to be with him for the whole night, playing games together, but ID DID NOT WANT to go to sleep without my mama tucking me in and wishing me a good night. That just wasn't in the cards.

Once while staying with relatives, I had a nightmare about my parents dying and had to have my grandma call them so I could ask, sobbing into the phone, “aRe yoU both aLivee?😭” Homesickness, man, we all go through it

I had a fear of sleepovers when I was a kid and would literally cry myself to sleep after saying yes to any sleepovers

Yooooo, my niece is exactly like that. She screamed "I WANNA GO HOME" (In our language) on top of her lungs while crying hundreds of times, she also hit my forehead
