It Only Took One Sentence To Change His Entire Perspective. It is easy to believe our stress is the heaviest burden in the world, until life shatters our perspective and reminds us that everyone is fighting an invisible battle. We walk through life aggressively defending our time and space, forgetting everyone else is carrying something too. But true maturity is born the exact second our anger evaporates, and we look into the eyes of a stranger to see their silent, crushing grief. In fact, real empathy begins when we stop judging a story we know nothing about. Because the older we get, the more we realize kindness costs nothing, but it can mean everything to someone carrying the weight of the world. Hardship is no excuse for rudeness. Kindness is free.
The chances of this happening in real life are slim to none
Imagine fighting a stranger for a parking spot and your wife is inside fighting for her life. Great life choice right there.
Her favourite number is 157? That's the best the writers could come up with?
If he opens the conversation like this, I’m not moving.
"can you please because......" not YOUR IN MY SPOT !!!
Dude cares more about a parking spot then his wife
Using manners is free of charge! When used, saves a whole lot of uncomfortable moments.
Saying "PLEASE" changes things.
Could have led with that
Hardship is no excuse for "Hey you are in my spot"
"and my wife is in there, fighting for her life..." Well, park somewhere else and go see her, the faster the better.
You know, if he led with that instead of being aggressive, it would have gone smoother. Communication solves half the problems of the world, but no one wants to speak mindfully or listen instead of just hearing.
2 men actually getting each other they way the world should work but we will never actually see that 😢
Crazy how approaching people with manners gets you further than just barking orders.
That’s a man right there. Immediately willing to stand his ground but at the end of the day knows what is right. We need more men like him in our world today
not for nothing.. but starting off with " your in my spot" to someone that is already there and looks like they have been set up for some time... in a public parking lot.... is not the best way to start off this convo... " Sir I've been parking there for the past few months... could you please move so I can park there?" then when he said he's waiting for his kid to be born... then talk about his wife living or dieing.... but the first line was entitlement and changes things
Always Always explain 'Why?' , when you want something from someone. Usually they will give you ❤
Even if I thought the space I parked in mattered I would not just insist some else needed to move for me. It’s a completely unnecessary conflict and quite selfish. I would just accept it for what it is and park somewhere else.
I guess i would have done the same thing as the father to be, although there are so many other spots, he choose peace.
