That’s one way of doing it….i always like the method of creating a supply and demand situation….lets say you have a specialized contract and within this hypothetical scenario you need to sign this contract (say it’s a contract for a lottery win or the sale of a billion dollar multiplex ). Yet it being special you have to use my particular pen to sign the contract or the ink will automatically fade…yet ,here’s the catch .I cannot let you borrow my special pen to sign this due to certain conditions or limitations of said contract…I can not rent you the use of another pen…but within the contract it doesn’t state that I cannot sell you my specialized pen for the price of 1 USD…and I’ll buy it back from you at the same rate after signing the contract that is unless you really like my pen. The task was to sell a pen. They never say by what means you sell it.
