Clever, using the siphon effect. Manually pumping water up the transparent pipe into the river. The two upside-down bottles are sucked into a vacuum. Top blue valve is closed, keeping the vacuum once the blue valve is opened the 2 upside down bottles provide the suction to get the water from the transparent pipe over the "dead spot" and the it goes.... Clever use of principles !! Bravo !
