It might only be interest-free for a certain period, after which the interest will probably be high.. so be mindful if you proceed 2. Real estate will not be that easy to get into with that amount b. You will either need more down-payment or enough income on paper to secure something 3. ETF (all-world) is good for long-term growth, best to just drip-feed a reasonable amount into this whenever you can and forget about it 4. Your money (investments) should be diversified, so it's good you have something in gold and have emergency fund (cash) too. 5.
