4:15 hello , former mcdonalds employee here. The patties used on this are the quarter pounder patties which are a completely separate product from other burgers at mcdonalds. While their standard burger patties come in frozen , cooked in mass , and stored in a hot box until ordered. The quarter pounder meat is never frozen and cooked to order
