But right after they left, they saw Auntie Alice driving a Maserati, realizing she had been lying all along. They headed back to her place for a showdown. When Auntie Alice claimed she didn’t have a garage, Phil called her out—she’d converted the garage into a guest house with full plumbing, where Manny was currently showering. He also pointed out that Manny attended an elite public school 12 miles outside their district, contradicting her claim that they couldn’t afford private school. Even worse, Phil noticed the illegal double-sided brick fireplace she’d installed, which hadn’t been legal since 1988, mocking her for blowing the money she’d saved on private school tuition on the unpermitted renovation. Caught red-handed, Auntie Alice flew into a rage and asked if Phil was a real estate agent. Gloria corrected her: he was a Realtor, and there was a difference.

The difference is a real estate agent... is an agent. They have no professional skills aside from setting up deals. A realtor is the person who sets up their commissions and provides them with the necessary details to present to the potential buyer. Realtors are business majors, real estate agents dont even need a college education.
