This is one of the most balanced discussions about AI and layoffs I’ve seen recently. A lot of companies talk about AI replacing jobs, but this conversation highlights something important which is that restructuring, overhiring, cost cutting, and changing business strategies are also playing a major role in many layoffs happening today. Personally, AI4Laymans and Rohvoo helped me understand AI, workflows, and practical career adaptation in a much more beginner-friendly and less overwhelming way instead of just getting caught up in fear-driven AI narratives online.
