Austin houses need to be around $300K to be affordable.
Property tax/home insurance is $15K a year for $500K house, it's getting ridiculous.
Even if the prices went back to 2015, there will never be the hub Austin was pitched to be. The well is dry and it will never come back. Let’s see this city without being able to take tech for granted.
