Don't know how thats insider trading when hes an insider and has to file ahead of time his intent to sell and cannot simply just sell it on the open market right away. This is not any crazy example but if my business thats public is not performing well id sell some stock lock in those gains. Nothing wrong with doing that. Earnings have been terrible. But there are strict rules for these people to sell their stock
