its productivity those mandane jobs that does not add value will be replaced, manual stuff that are labor intensive sort stuff etc... or lawyers search etc so human skills can be put to better use as AI is more efficient and accurate and less prone to mistakes than a human, plus AI can do quality control checks and it does work 24/7 without needing to rest or take a break!!!
