Adam Jones, Tom Giles and Tom E Curran join Kayla Burton on Arbella Early Edition to discuss the latest back and forth between Jaylen Brown and Stephen A. Smith. Should Jaylen stop responding on his livestreams? Or, do you think he's right to respond to Stephen A? Later, we discuss if Jaylen Brown is hinting that he actually wants out of Boston.

Media always protecting media, nothing new. Jaylen keep doing what your doing. These guys hate it
These people are talking like they are so afraid of Stephen A.
Jaylens right what are yall on about
It's insane how some of these people are turning on Jaylen. The media is toxic!
Ya'll as bad as Stephen A. How much did you get paid for this take? And who wrote it for you?
lol did they see Derrick white play in the series lol
I’m sorry all of you in this video are absolutely wrong. Jaylen Brown responded to what Stephen A said first. For people to say he shouldn’t speak or it was wrong time after the game to speak, absolutely wrong. For these “Boston” commentators to say JB is wrong is absolutely asinine. Jaylen speaking his truth has nothing to do with his position on the team. I can imagine what you all would have back in 60s when Bill Russell was fighting for Civil Rights. As true Bostonian born and raised, I am proud of what Jaylen has done on and off the court. Keep doing you Jaylen!
It aint 1990. Players get to speak and say there piece. The media no longer gets to monopolize the narrative. I like that.
Jaylen Brown didn’t lose the Philly series it was non adjustments overrated Joe Muzzulla.
Jaylen spewing facts bout Stephen A snitch. Look how many enemies spehen A snitch has. And these idiots saying to jaylen not to go after that clown Stephen A snitch
Stephen A is terrible and genuinely shouldn’t have a show or be on shows he’s part of a dying network in ESPN. His opinions have not mattered to anyone ever. He’s a clickbait troll in a clickbait world. JB has only spoke his truth and shouldn’t have to deal with the bullshit that SAS or other media members have said amount him. Yes he and the team lost the series, yes he said this year was his favorite year when he’s won a finals MVP in a different year, yes he speaks his truth and speaks about things besides basketball, but who cares. JB is living his own life and either you like it or don’t like it, and if you don’t like it then stay away and keep your mouth shut about this grown man 🤷♂️
Don’t get in a pissing contest with a skunk😂 I don’t think Stephen A made Jaylen look stupid. Stephen A is an embarrassment. Apparently, he drives some ratings. I’m much more interested in what somebody like Zach Lowe thinks than a Talking Heads big mouth punk like Stephen A. I love how he always tried to make it seem like he and Alan Iverson were so close. I’ll never forget when Iverson just blew that one up. I don’t get why ESPN wants to pay somebody huge money who does nothing but get in what are essentially diss songs with the players in the NBA?
He didn't lose the 3-1 lead by himself. Did yall forget that jason Tatum played 6 out of the 7 games.
Keep standing on business JB the real rocking with you
I can’t stand Stephen A Smith never have. I thought he’s a farce JB do what you need to do. We’re behind you.
JB said he would play here the next 10 years if it was up to him, I believe JB
Boston media sucks Jaylen Brown is grown a$$ man defending himself and not cowering to SAS like you guy are!!
Funny how folks a lot to say about the source but never have the source on the show to say what he thinks instead of assuming what he thinks and says. man, media is a wild place. Isn't this a Boston Network?
You know its bad for Jaylen when this reaches to the actual Boston Celtics media and they dont defend him. Smdh!
JB and Steven A, Who cares. JB's I-want-outta-Boston campaign is ramping up. On his pod in question he says several asinine things, but his most important jab was at JT. He just can't stop making statements which can--and ought to--be read as attacks on JT. Never has he the gumption for full, direct assaults, preferring instead oblique, deniable, lightly veiled insinuation. IDK about you folks, but I'm bored to death with Jaylen Brown's punk mischief. Steven A, ESPN's resident imbecile-in-chief, hectors JB, the Celtics' resident asshole-in-chief, as to why the latter hasn't had JT on the pod. There are an infinity of inoffensive answers, but the ex-Celtic to be says "What if JT just don't like being somewhere in an uncontrolled environment." Wow! Ouch! Low blow! Cheap shot! JB just can't stop positing himself as superior to JT both professionally and personally. What a damning statement to make about a professional athlete, particularly a teammate, whose job it is to perform in unscripted, high-volatility, uncontrolled environments. A brilliant slander by JB! He undercuts JT while striking the pose of sympathy. Well done. Jb goes on to criticize JB's journalism, which is as disingenuous as it gets as nobody is stupid enough to believe sports reporters are doing journalism, least of all Steven A. JB roars that it's not Steven A's job to be a clickbait clown. Of course it is, that's precisely the service he renders to his employers and JB knows it. Then, with all the sincerity of a campaign stump speech, JB say that he will shut up if Steven A will shut up, secure in the knowledge that that is an impossibility. Unsatisfied merely with ridiculing JT, he has to insult the intelligence of his listeners. Okay, JB wants to move on, fine, but this constant needling of JT, his adolescent need to belittle this man, bespeaks something very ugly and disturbing.
