On the VK vs Rohit Sharma debate, VK has his strike in line with Rohit.. In ODIs, VKs strike rate is better than Rohith Sharma.. Even in current addition of IPL, till now, VK has better strike rate than Rohit.. So, Rajdeep gave reason of Strike Rate to pick Rohit over Virat makes no sense at all.. Ofcourse on impact, match winning knocks VK is miles ahead.. I think it might be due to style of their batting, we come to such conclusion that 'VKs strike must be lower than RS'.. because Rohit hits effortless sixes.. But, rill the 2024 WCT20, RS was failure in such tournaments and his place in team was not guaranteed.. before that, he was the major reason for India to lose the last 2 edition of T20 WC.. Honestly, people who only look at batting averages completely miss the point of what makes a great T20 player. kohli is a legendary anchor, but Ro is the ultimate t20 package because his tactical impact and sheer intent change the entire complexion of a game.
