If Arteta wins the league, you have to give him his flowers. Iraola has done an excellent job at Bournemouth, finishing 6th after that mass exodus of players would be an incredible achievement. But winning the premier league while reaching a UCL final is an entirely different skill set.

Not sure how Emery isn't on this list but Carrick is after 15 games. Carrick has done a great job and been on a good run, but Emery went on an equally good run this season while balancing Europe and has done it with the lowest net spend in the summer transfer window. Not saying he should win it, but definitely worthy of a nomination

its andrews because brentford have been the best run club for over a decade and sure that takes away but it also takes away from the others because when they lost everyone they still was happy with a cochrane or another coach over say if arteta went there and that speaks volumes on how brentford are different to a lot of the money prem teams
