Might not agree with the rules but generally if the ball hits your hand and it's above your shoulder it's a penalty

I'm not a Hearts fan but i'd be gutted if they lose the league this Saturday. They've been the best team all season and have been top since September. The old firm have been a shambles all season. I really hope Hearts do it! It will be a massive win for Scottish Football
SPFL officials are terrified to go against Celtic! Years of fear and intimidation from top down by the Celtic board and Celtic fans within the SFA (Lawell, Maxwell, Mulraney, Mathie). Willie Collum, Head of Officials, is under immense pressure from them and this feeds into the match-day officials. If officials are unsure and there’s a 50/50 flip of the coin decision; they’ll always favour Celtic from fear of backlash. It’s time Hearts, Motherwell, Rangers etc stand up against this conscious or unconscious bias. Time for foreign officials unless we see consistency.

It's a clear header you can see how the ball travelled and an elbow to the Motherwell player VAR doesn't need to get involved No explanation from the referee either
