I went back to how I was at a younger age. All I used was water and soap. And BAM. My skin cleared right up. Remember being thirsty as a child? “Drink water.” Remember hating to wash your sheets every week? All those stupid things our parents told us to do? Yeah. They were right. 😂😂😂

As a woman that never uses product, just an exfoliating face rag and water while showering, I have not had a single breakout since I was 15, except ONCE. My skin is always even and clear, always, even during my period. No fancy pillow case no products. The only time I broke out as an adult was when I tried a toner I got as a gift and never again. Skin for the most part knows what to do!!! A focus on diet and exercise matters so much more

I only use tap water and $2 bar soap (face soap, not hand). Works like a charm, basically no acne ever.

Honestly, i had alot of skin problems, then stopped using everything outside of bar soap ,water,moisturizer and sunscreen, now its clear

It's because they don't wear makeup. Unfortunately if women don't we would get judged for the circles like the no one's under his eyes and discolorations like around the nose.... But it affects the overall health of our skin
