Either Honess or Iraola. Honess will instill discipline, hardwork, fighting spirit into the squad. Iraola is tried and tested in the premier league with suprising results, a very good manager and knows what he is doing. Both worth a look.

Fun fact Arteta, Alonso and Iraola all childhood friends. Hoeness seems like a klopp regen. Nothing is guaranteed nowadays however.
I hope that a new manager will at least show from the start what his plan is and what direction the style of play is heading in. We all shouldn’t be delusional and expect a perfect start or a perfect season. We should go into it with the same expectations we had when Slot came in. One of my concerns is that the Slot supporters and media pundits will go after a new manager from day one. That wouldn’t be fair. A lot of them don’t actually care whether this club is successful — they just want their egos and opinions to be proven right. Hoeneß is, alongside Iraola, one of the most interesting options available. I’ve seen a lot of people moaning about “Stuttgart only being 4th in a farmers league,” but that’s not a fair assessment. The Bundesliga has a completely different financial structure overall, and despite that, German clubs are still consistently well represented internationally. Stuttgart are also not one of the richest clubs in Germany. What Hoeneß has achieved with the resources he has is respectable. Of course there’s a risk involved, but I’d rather take that risk with a different tactical approach than watch another season of dull, identity-less football. YNWA🔴
He is close to Klopp syle so we need him...he also has chemistry, which is important. We went from Klopp's family ethics to a cold slot. Not good.

I like the idea of Hoeness, He demands intense physical output and defensive responsibility, but pairs it with an attacking blueprint that is thrilling to watch and incredibly rewarding for the players executing it. Iraola is Prem proven, Direct overload, setting traps with emphasis on transitions. He gives creative attackers total freedom to exploit high turnovers, turning unheralded or young players into elite Premier League stars.
