I think it's the main difference between "Premium" and actual high quality with top spec features and one of, if not the best contoller software on the market. The expensive PS5 controller is more "Premium", but I wouldn't say it's higher quality, especially compared to the cost.

The best answer someone could ever say about their product is it's a thing that fits their needs. That's exactly what a product should be. Love valves philosophy. It's not a product trying to solve a problem that was never asked. It's 100% a problem that people have been asking to be solved with accessibility for those of us out there that struggle a bit, especially when it comes to thumbsticks and aiming or long sessions with a mouse. It's perfect because you can customize it in whatever way fits your needs. Name even one other controller that's ever been released that isn't from Valve that can boast that.
